 KnuckleHead Mechanical Supports are a single-source solution for mounting HVAC/R equipment. KnuckleHead equipment supports come in a range of strut frame configurations to support a wide variety of rooftop equipment. KnuckleHead Mechanical Support kits are available for single units or can be customized for multi-unit support. 

 KnuckleHead Lite Pipe Supports are designed for a wide variety of roof applications including PVC, condensation pipes, electrical conduit and other types of lines. The KnuckleHead Lite Pipe System can support a single 1.315-inch outside diameter pipe (1-inch nominal) or two 0.840-inch outside diameter pipes (1/2-inch nominal). 

KnuckleHead Strut Supports are designed for a wide variety of applications including solar panels, oversized pipes, and other HVAC equipment that is to be installed on commercial roofs. Strut Supports are designed to accommodate standard metal struts which can provide a framework for keeping equipment elevated off the roof’s surface.  

A Universal Base Extension can elevate Knuckleheads by 8”, 12” or 18” off the roof surface. 

KnuckleHead Heavy Pipe Supports are designed for a wide variety of roof support applications including natural gas and water pipelines, and other types of pipes up to 2.875″ outside diameter pipe size (2.5” nominal). Heavy Pipe supports are lightweight, so they add little to the total roof load, preventing low points and depressions that invite ponding water and ice build-up. 

MetalHead is Green Link’s latest, innovative support system, designed to significantly outperform reclaimed rubber-based block-type support products. Made in the U.S.A. with a 20-year warranty, patent pending. 

KnuckleHead Solar Supports provide critical benefits: 1) They protect low-slope commercial roofing systems from damage due to movement and excessive dead loads and 2) they prevent damage to the PV arrays resulting from wind uplift. Molded from GREEN LINK glass-reinforced nylon resin, they are lightweight, UV-stable, non-corrosive, non-conductive, and highly durable. Solar Knuckleheads accept a 1-5/8 inch (41.2 mm) wide framing profile.  

KnuckleHead Paver Supports are designed for a wide variety of mechanical support applications including plaza decks, access flooring, roof walkways, and similar applications. Each KnuckleHead can support up to 600 lbs. Paver supports are lightweight, so they add little to the total roof load, preventing low points and depressions that invite ponding water and ice build-up.
